From the Editors
Dear Divas:
As you can
see, we are still making some changes to the newsletter but we hope
that you enjoy what we're bringing you each month. It is our hope that
this newsletter informs, enlightens, educates, and most of all,
entertains you! We are still looking for divas to take over the writing
of our Browsing, Culture, and Media columns. No experience is
necessary. You just need a willingness to keep a deadline and an
interest in writing or finding information for your column each month.
Also, we are actively seeking guest writers! That means
you can submit a piece for one of the open columns without having to be
it's regular writer every month. We'd especially like pieces for the
Culture column. Help other Divas to know and learn about your country,
state, city, religion or ethnicity by writing an essay for this column.
All submissions are most welcome!
This month is St. Patrick's Day and as you can see we are green, green,
green in celebration! Diva Cally has some very interesting
March facts for us in the Holiday section. Diva Dreamchaser tells us
about the Irish in our Culture column while Diva Winterheart gives us
information about corned beef and feeds us hearty fare from the green
isle! Diva Pam presents us with some wonderful Diva submissions in
BitsNBytes. Diva Grace has us becoming more self-aware and the
TechHubby discusses file extensions.
In the Health section, Diva Bonnie gives us a look at getting better
sleep while the
Browsing column goes over all those tax websites and what they can do
for you. In our
fiction section, the results of the
poll have directed our next segment, so thanks to everyone who voted!
Check out what's in store for Nyx McClaren now! Our Media Arts column
takes a look at a book on St Patrick that shows him in a different
light and showcases the controversial new movie Passion of the Christ. Diva
Badette in our Nature
column tells us all about the Rain Forest in the ocean and our own
Diva Rici talks about spring cleaning!
Don't forget to check out the open columns and send us a submission if
you've got an idea you'ld like to express as a guest writer!
