Dueling Divas Members

1. Joining the eGroups is a requirement for being a Dueling Diva Member. This is how you will receive your reminders to vote. You can have this list on individual emails, daily digest or special notices ONLY. Please do not use this list for forwards and things not concerning the Dueling Divas or important Diva information. Also, please try not to respond to every Diva with "I voted". It is appreciated, but it creates a lot of unnecessary email when each Diva sends it. One email at the end of the day with "I voted for everyone" is enough. Of course, you are not required to do this.
2. Please vote for all your fellow Dueling Diva sisters and don't just join to get votes for your own site. This is unfair to the other members and very unspirited.
3. Please be considerate of other fighters, including your competitors who are not Divas. Don't post any negative comments about other sites, fighters, competitions, etc.
4. Although this is not a requirement, please display one of the Dueling Diva graphics on your page and link it to the Dueling Divas VE Board. We are trying to bring more traffic to the VE Board which in turn will bring in more votes for everyone.
5. Encourage your sisters. Compliment their site, their achievements and their spirit.
6. IMPORTANT: Please send in your new voting Information EACH WEEK (Sunday) to be placed on the VE Board, even if it is the same as the week before. Deadlines to get in your voting info is Sunday and absolutely no later than Monday (noon) if you want to be listed. Any site information submitted after this will not be posted.

Dueling Divas Supporters

1. Please visit any site you are voting for. Most competitions, and all of the Divas are against "Blind Voting".
2. Only one vote per site per day per ISP account. (Voting times and voting clocks will be displayed for your convenience.)
3. Bookmark and visit the Dueling Divas VE Board daily (or as often as you wish) and vote for each Diva using the VOTE URL. Most competitions run Monday thru Friday. Things like Top Sites and the Diamond Web Awards can be voted for every day.
4. NOT A REQUIREMENT: Join the Dueling Divas eGroup list to receive daily vote reminders or post encouragement.
